■Tarte Le Lectier A pear tart made with a generous amount of Niigata Prefecture's winter gem, Le Lectier.
"Le Lectier" is a premium variety of pear that represents Niigata Prefecture, and is also known as the "Lady of Pears" for its mellow fragrance, elegant sweetness, and smooth texture. A whole Le Lectier is luxuriously made into a compote and placed in the center, with slices beautifully arranged around it. The base is layered with diplomat cream, crème d'amandes, and crispy sucre pastry, enhancing the deliciousness of the elegant, melt-in-your-mouth Le Lectier.
