The main dish of the course meal is described as a "pure white plate," and we will ask you in advance about a dish that would be suitable for an anniversary or a dish that brings back fond memories, and arrange it according to your request in the Dominique Bouchet style.
This will be served as a surprise on the day. This is a special plan that will be in keeping with your special day.
