A new take on French cuisine with a playful twist

CONCEPT

This is the first teppanyaki restaurant overseen by Dominique Bouchet. Enjoy a new style of teppanyaki with a playful French touch.

Dominique Bouchet

I was born in the Poitou-Charentes region of France and grew up surrounded by the bountiful ingredients of nature.
After serving as executive chef at renowned Parisian restaurants such as "Tour d'Argent" and "Hotel de Crillon," he went independent in 2004 and opened his own restaurant, "Dominique Bouchet," in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. Currently, he serves gastronomic French cuisine with the light and flavorful sauces that are the essence of Dominique at two locations: "Dominique Bouchet Tokyo" in Ginza, Tokyo, and the bistro "Les Copains Dominique Bouchet" in addition to Kyoto.

Wagyu beef

The Wagyu beef they use is A4-ranked Kobe beef, Omi beef, and meat from Kyoto. Omi beef is raised on straw and water carefully selected by livestock farmers, resulting in chewy, flavorful beef.
