Biography of Dominique Bouchet
I was born in the Poitou-Charentes region of France and grew up surrounded by the bountiful ingredients of nature.
After serving as executive chef at renowned Parisian restaurants such as "Tour d'Argent" and "Hotel de Crillon," he went independent in 2004 and opened his own restaurant, "Dominique Bouchet," in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. Currently, he serves gastronomic French cuisine with the light and flavorful sauces that are the essence of Dominique at two locations: "Dominique Bouchet Tokyo" in Ginza, Tokyo, and the bistro "Les Copains Dominique Bouchet" in addition to Kyoto.
