One of the highlights of this buffet is the RAQOU and Asian menu, featuring Chef Rakku's unique twists on popular meat dishes from around the world. From spicy kebabs originating in the Middle East, to Brazilian churrasco (available only on weekends and holidays) where meat is dynamically grilled on large skewers, and teriyaki chicken pizza with fragrant grilled chicken and a sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce, soul food from all over the world is elevated into RAQOU's signature dishes. Spicy American buffalo chicken wings and pork ginger steak coated in a sweet and spicy ginger sauce also make their presence felt as powerful dishes to beat the summer heat. Furthermore, visually appealing dishes such as the jumbo hamburger steak (cartoon meat style) and spiral sausages will KAGAYAKI both children and adults, adding to the summer holiday atmosphere. We offer a full lineup of authentic dishes, including slow-cooked roast beef and Boeuf Bourguignon, where the rich flavor of the meat drips from the slow cooking process.

The nigiri sushi (dinner only), made with fresh fish delivered directly from the source, features an authentic lineup of fish with a focus on freshness, including sea bream, tuna, salmon, amberjack, red shrimp, boiled conger eel, and salmon roe. In July, the menu features dishes that delicately bring out the best in the ingredients, such as "Chirashi Sushi with Pike Conger and Sansho Pepper and Seared Simmered Conger Eel" (weekdays only), "White Clam and Kujo Leek Teppai" with a refreshing mustard miso sauce that has just the right amount of spiciness to whet the appetite, and "Steamed Egg Custard with Fresh Tofu Skin and Cream Cheese, topped with Mentaiko" (lunch only), where smooth fresh tofu skin and cream cheese blend together perfectly. For dinner, there is also a wide selection of comforting dishes, such as "Japanese-style Kimbap Sushi," which is a Korean-style seaweed roll adapted using Japanese techniques, and "Simmered Beef Tendon and Konjac."
