A mouthwatering array of meat dishes from around the world, transformed into a power menu for summer by Chef RAQOU.
One of the highlights of this buffet is the RAQOU and Asian menu, featuring Chef Rakku's unique twists on popular meat dishes from around the world. From spicy kebabs originating in the Middle East, to Brazilian churrasco (available only on weekends and holidays) where meat is dynamically grilled on large skewers, and pizza topped with Korean bulgogi (beef slowly stir-fried in a sweet and spicy sauce), soul food from all over the world is elevated into a RAQOU-style dish. Indian tandoori chicken, fragrant with spices, and Korean yangnyeom chicken, coated in a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce, also stand out as powerful dishes to beat the summer heat. Furthermore, visually appealing dishes such as the "Jumbo Hamburger Steak in Manga Style" and "Spiral Sausage" will KAGAYAKI both children and adults, adding to the summer holiday atmosphere. We offer a full lineup of authentic dishes, including slow-cooked roast beef and Boeuf Bourguignon, where the rich flavor of the meat drips from the slow cooking process.
Enjoy exquisite RAQOU Traditional Japanese that rivals even the finest restaurants, served buffet-style—a luxury only available at Rakku.
What sets RAQOU's buffet apart is the quality of Traditional Japanese. While meat dishes are the main focus of the buffet, RAQOU also carefully selects and offers a variety of gentle, flavorful Japanese dishes with a rich dashi broth. The nigiri sushi (dinner only), made with fresh fish delivered directly from the source, features a selection of authentic ingredients with a focus on freshness, including sea bream, tuna, salmon, amberjack, red shrimp, boiled conger eel, and salmon roe. In August, the selection of Japanese specialties will be further enhanced with dishes such as "eel rice with sansho pepper," "chilled corn chawanmushi," and "sukiyaki-style stew of domestic beef and Kyoto-style grilled tofu" (dinner only), where the umami of the dashi broth slowly spreads. Even if you fill up on meat dishes, the variety of Traditional Japanese that allow you to relax and unwind is a delightful lineup unique to RAQOU.
Don't miss the seasonal sweets corner, which will give you a summer festival feel to the end of your visit.
The perfect way to conclude your meal is with a fantastic selection of sweets that will further enhance your summer mood. A "Peach Shortcake" made with plenty of seasonal peaches will be featured. With refreshing treats like "Strawberry Shaved Ice" and "Chocolate Banana," reminiscent of a summer festival or fair, these sweets will create a special summer vacation memory. In addition, there will be a variety of unique sweets, such as "Fruit Punch" which allows you to enjoy a refreshing array of colorful fruits, "Ananas Orange" which spreads the refreshing aroma of citrus fruits, and "Kinako Warabi Mochi" which offers a traditional Kyoto flavor. To finish off, authentic hotel desserts such as "Ice Paris-Brest" and "Catalana" will also be available, creating a visually stunning sweets corner that will bring smiles to the faces of both adults and children. From the first bite to the last plate, you can enjoy a special summer moment.
