[September] Autumn Harvest Festival Buffet
As autumn arrives, the season of harvest, we present the "Autumn Harvest Festival Buffet," where our proud RAQOU chefs will showcase their skills in gratitude for the bounty of the land and sea. Enjoy a variety of authentic Traditional Japanese dishes, carefully prepared with seasonal Traditional Japanese, such as seared bonito cooked over straw, steamed egg custard with the rich aroma of matsutake mushrooms, grilled turbot with karasumi (cured mullet roe) and grilled wheat gluten, and fragrant grilled Omi shrimp, all in the luxury of a buffet. Each dish features carefully selected ingredients such as light-colored May Queen potatoes, rice from Hachidaime Gihei, and first-pressed sesame oil from Yamada Seiyu, allowing you to savor the richness of autumn's harvest with all your senses.
