Regarding reservations and visits

The listed price includes the show, dinner, drinks (free drinks), service charge, and consumption tax.
Please refrain from bringing children (preschool age).
Tickets will not be mailed. On the day of the event, please present proof of purchase at the reception desk, such as the online shop order confirmation email screen or a printed copy of the email. After verification, you will be given a seat card.
We do not accept seat requests. Seating will be assigned at the discretion of the hotel.
If you have any food allergies, please inform our staff when making your reservation.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue. We will not serve alcohol to customers who will be driving.
Elegance Club members will be offered special rates.

Cancellation and transportation information

The hotel parking lot is expected to be crowded on the day of your visit. If the parking lot is full, you may not be able to use it, so please consider using public transportation.
If you plan to drink alcohol, please refrain from coming by car.
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or refunds after purchase. In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as sudden illness or bereavement, please contact the event staff as soon as possible.
