The contrast between dynamic scenes and solemn, beautiful scenes is vivid, and it is said that even those who have never seen Kyogen can enjoy this performance.

Profile <br />Began training at age three and made her stage debut at age four. Has performed many complex and secret pieces.
Instructor in Kyogen for the Takarazuka Revue; Visiting Professor at Kyoto Tachibana University / Lecturer at Kyoto University of the Arts; Recipient of the Agency for Cultural Affairs Arts Festival Newcomer Award in 2013; Recipient of the Kyoto Prefecture Cultural Encouragement Award in 2016; Succeeded to the family name "Fifth Generation Shigeyama Chuzaburo" in 2017; Recipient of the Kyoto City Newcomer of Arts Award in 2019; Certified as a holder of the Important Intangible Cultural Property Comprehensive Certification in 2023.
