Request regarding the use of mobile batteries (10/6)

In recent years, there have been reported cases of mobile batteries overheating, emitting smoke, and catching fire. To ensure everyone's safety, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following points regarding their use in guest rooms.
・Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from your room.
- Please refrain from charging on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, curtains, or towels.
- When charging, be sure to use the device in a place where you can check it yourself.
- Do not use a mobile battery that is damaged, swollen, or generating abnormal heat.
If any of the above situations are discovered during room cleaning, staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging to ensure safety. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
