Using matcha from "Hagimura Seicha," a tea company cultivated in the local area of Suizawa, Yokkaichi, we have expressed the story contained within the deep green of the tea in this parfait. The refreshing harmony of yuzu and orange, which accompanies the rich umami of the tea, creates a vibrant aftertaste that lingers until the very last bite.
