MASANORI YO Head Chef
He joined Szechuan Chinese Restaurant in 1987 and worked at the Ikebukuro branch before joining the Yokkaichi Miyako Hotel in 1991. After working in Yokkaichi, he worked at Shima Spain Village and the Nagoya Miyako Hotel, and in 2013, after the retirement of his father, Chef Yo Koichi, he became the head chef of Sichuan cuisine at the Yokkaichi Miyako Hotel, a position he still holds today. Chen was a beloved disciple of Chen Jianmin, who is known as the father of Szechuan cuisine and popularized it in Japan. He is also the father of Sichuan cuisine and is the person who brought it to Yokkaichi Miyako Hotel.
