As part of Mie Food's human resource development platform and industry-academia collaboration project, three types of pâté de fruits using Ise tea, mandarin oranges, and sake have been developed in collaboration with students from Kokugakuin University as part of the "Sweets Project: Spreading the Charms of Mie" and will be on sale from Saturday, April 20th.
